This policy explains what information Local Service Lines collects when you use this website, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

Information we collect

How we use it

Who we share it with

When you call, your call and the information you provided are passed to the independent contractor or call center that answers, and to the call routing platform that connects the two. We also use analytics and advertising providers, including Meta Platforms and Google, which may receive technical and event data from this site. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies and comparable identifiers to keep your session consistent, attribute a call to the advertisement that produced it, and measure performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may stop working correctly if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep call records and site event data for as long as needed to run and audit our advertising, and for as long as required for record keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to privacy@localservicelines.com and tell us the phone number you called from so we can locate your record.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
